📅 Events (Visible for specific sub-accounts)

Say goodbye to disjointed event software. You can now build and manage in-person, online, and hybrid events directly inside 1stContact.ai.

• What’s included: Create branded event pages (with Custom CSS), sell tickets (with tiers, coupons, and add-ons), manage RSVPs, check attendees in using QR codes, and manage speaker schedules.

• CRM Sync: Attendee activity syncs directly with your CRM contacts and workflows.

• How to enable: Turn on the Labs toggle for the desired sub-account, then navigate to Memberships >> Events. (Note: A connected payment provider is required to sell paid tickets).

🔍 Global Search V2 (Visible for all sub-accounts)

The new Global Search is your shortcut to everything. Find records, pages, and settings across the platform without hunting through menus.

• Platform-Wide: Search contacts, opportunities, conversations, funnels, calendars, and more from a single query.

• Lightning Fast: Open with Cmd/Ctrl + K, navigate via arrow keys, or use voice commands for hands-free searching.

• Scope Filters: Search a single product or sweep across the entire platform using the "All" view.

🤖 AI & Integrations

🎙️ Voice AI: End Call & Spam Protection (Visible for all sub-accounts)

Give your Voice AI agents the ability to end calls gracefully and block time-wasting spam automatically.

• Detect, Disconnect & DND: Detect telemarketers live during a call, analyze completed calls for spam, automatically block repeat spam callers, and get notified whenever a number is blocked.

• Note: S2S (Speech-to-Speech) Agent support will be added shortly.

📂 Scheduled Sync for Google Drive (Visible for all sub-accounts)

When your pricing sheets, menus, or FAQs change in Drive, your AI shouldn't be the last to know.

• How it works: Turn on Automatic Sync for any Google Drive file in your knowledge base, and we’ll check it once a day. Edit the document in Drive, and your AI picks up the changes automatically—no re-uploading or refreshing required.

• Smart & Selective: It's a per-file setting, so you control what syncs. If a file is deleted from Drive or access is lost, we'll stop syncing and alert you instead of training your AI on nothing.

📌 Pinterest Post Sync (Visible for specific sub-accounts)

Automatically import your existing Pinterest pins directly into Social Planner to manage your content from one unified dashboard.

• The Details: Syncs public and secret pins from the last 30 days (and up to 12 months for older content if there isn't enough recent activity). Both Personal and Business accounts are supported.

• Insights: Engagement stats (saves, comments, impressions, reactions) refresh every 24 hours.

• Note: Sync is one-way (Pinterest ➔ Social Planner). Due to Pinterest API limits, native video pins cannot be cloned (though image pins can), and some advanced demographic analytics require a Business account.

💼 LinkedIn Marketplace Migration (Visible for all sub-accounts)

• What it means: A more secure authentication framework and enhanced reliability.

🏷️ Tag Categories & Colors (Visible for all sub-accounts)

Tags are getting a major visual upgrade. You can now group related tags into manageable categories and assign colors (predefined or custom hex codes to match your brand) so they are easier to spot at a glance.

• Don't worry about your current setup: Existing tags will automatically default to gray and sit under a "No category" label until you organize them.

📋 Smart List Preferences (Visible for all sub-accounts)

We're giving you more control over your workflow preferences.

• Default Views: Choose whether you want your workspace to open to a specific "Selected" Smart List every time, or pick up right where you left off with "Last Opened."

• Table Customization: Adjust Row Style and Row Height for a more comfortable or compact data view depending on your screen space.

🖼️ Page Builder: New Image Placeholders (Visible for specific sub-accounts)

We've refreshed the default placeholder images for Page Builder store elements (Product Lists, Cart, Upsells, etc.) with a sleek new v2 image set.

• Impact: This strictly affects the builder interface when no real product is attached. Live store pages and merchant-uploaded images remain completely unchanged. It’s off by default and fully reversible.
